Is this a mouse issue then? I haveĪ second (older) wireless mouse and a wired mouse and I get the same result with those too. Where I am at is that the arrow keys on the keyboard work in concert with the scroll lock (scroll the sheet when the lock is on and don't scroll it when the lock is off but the mouse wheel scrolls the page regardless. The left / right scroll happens regardless of whether the scroll lock is on or off. I reset the controls to their defaults as I wouldn't have changed them intentionally and thatĭidn't make any difference either. Mode and re-selected it with no change in result. Extended Selection did not appear on the status line at any time. There was no option for Extended Selection Mode and the F8 key didn't toggle anything that I can see. I did right click the status bar and the Selection Mode was checked. I wanted to check further as to issues with the mouse. The Logitech support site is being maintained for the past day or so. I will need to check the "applet" tomorrow AM once I figure out what that is and where to find it. I have fiddled with the wheel and have turned the machine off and on several times now with no difference. Let me take them one at a time.as best as I understand.
On that note, look into the Logitech mouse's control applet to see if any navigation methods have been altered from normal behaviour.
